Charming Cottage in Stoneybatter

The house was built over 100 years ago but has been lovingly restored maintaining its character and many original features including solid wooden floors and cast iron fireplace. The space Downstairs: Living room with double sofa, TV (Netflix only) arch opening into the sitting room/kitchen. Table and chairs for 4 people, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and 4-right hob. Plenty of cooking equipment. Corridor with washing machine and dishwasher. Toilet downstairs. The bathtub that shows in the photo is not connected to the hot water. The shower room is upstairs. Lovely patio with a gas barbecue (barbecue available only in the summer months). Upstairs: Main double room with king size bed. Second smaller bedroom with a double sofa bed and a desk. Shower room with electrical shower. Guest access If you stay more than a couple of night we will make some wardrobe space available on both bedrooms and you have access to the whole house. We normally leave the barbecue covered outside the summer months.
