We provide a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and emergency contact numbers for your safety. Security Camera: There is a camera above the front door and doorbell for your protection. Any tampering with the cameras will result in immediate eviction without refund. Seasonal Considerations and Supplies: Pool Closure and Weather: Our dipping pool is closed during winter (Sep-May). Be prepared for varying desert temperatures. Supply Starter Kit: We provide a starter kit of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels.
