Welcome to stunning Marmora Retreat! A unique and relaxing farmhouse for short-term stays, retreats and small events. Escape to a countryside farmhouse with lake access, 2 hours from Toronto and Ottawa, with lots of activities and attractions both on and off-site. Perfect for families looking to make the most of the season or other large groups. Our property can host up to additional guests at our Glamping Domes (booked separately). Search Boho-Luxe or Sky-View Dome The space Marmora Retreat accommodates up to 24 guests, spread across the main Farmhouse (21 guests), the Lakeside Bunkie (3 guests) We have 3 Geo Domes on our adjacent property that are booked separately (4 guests per dome, booked separately). A 3,000+ sq. ft. home with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and a wood-burning fireplace. Other things to note Seasonal Amenities: The outdoor pool is open in summer, and the hot tub is available in winter. Please confirm availability before your stay. Swimming: The lake has lily pads & weeds near the dock, but there's a clear swimming area further out and a sandbar locals love (reachable by kayak). At this time, we are not able to accept motorboats at the dock due to the lilies. TV & Entertainment: The basement TV is not a smart TV and has no cable—bring an HDMI cable and laptop if you’d like to stream. Basketball: Bring your own ball for the driveway basketball net! Firewood: Due to ongoing supply issues, we ask guests to bring their own dry firewood for the firepit. Check-in/Check-out: Standard Check-in: 4:00 PM | Standard Check-out: 10:00 AM (Early/Late Check-out: $50 + HST. Requires 48 hours' notice & approval) Noise Policy: Please keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors and other guests. Loud disturbances may be reported to Airbnb. Additional Guests: We sleep up to 24 guests.
