Through the hall you’ll find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a king bedroom with Gulf-facing windows, and a second king bedroom with direct balcony access. The private balcony is a guest favorite—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. After beach and pool days, it’s the ideal spot to unwind. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a parking pass for 1 vehicle, and complimentary beach gear including a beach wagon, towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Guest must be able to climb stairs as there is No elevator in the building. Please note* the HOA over the summer is currently updating hallways with interior painting and new carpet. They will also be painting the exterior of the condos. You may see workers and occasional brief detours in the halls, though access to your condo will always be maintained.
