Coastal Hideaway- hot tub close to Newport+beaches

Welcome to The Coastal Hideaway! Just off Indian Avenue within walking distance of Pebble Beach, your friends or family can relax by lounging on the outdoor patio, rocking on the side porch, or soaking in the hot tub. You can also enjoy the local beaches, visit Sweet Berry Farm, taste the local cuisine, and enjoy the many artisan shops in downtown Newport (just 15 minutes away). Brand new listing, this home is well equipped with everything from beach chairs to a pack-n-play to a chef's kitchen. The space - The house is located in a private, quiet neighborhood. Enjoy your morning coffee on the side porch rocking chairs or on the patio couch. Take a nap in the hammock as you listen to the birds chirp and if the ocean is particularly active, you can even hear the waves crashing. - The downstairs features an open living/dining room area. The dining room overlooks the well landscaped backyard and patio area. The kitchen is perfect for any chef with a six burner gas stove and contains all the necessities to create a gourmet meal. -There is a master bedroom on the first floor which is attached to an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom also has a doorway that leads to the main hallway area. A full washer and dryer are located in a closet within the bathroom. - PLEASE NOTE: the fourth bedroom is a den on the second floor that contains a twin size bed, twin size trundle (with regular mattress), and sleeper sofa. This room has two doors that can be closed, however in order to access all other upstairs rooms you have to walk through the den from the staircase. - Air conditioner units are located in every bedroom and each of the common areas. - There is a pack and play for a little one. - Four beach chairs and two beach umbrellas are available for your use. Just load them in your car and take the 5 minute ride to the beach and enjoy the day! - The house also has a weber gas grill, a weber charcoal grill, board games, puzzles, and a printer. Please note the hot tub will be closed January through March 2026. Guest access The house has parking for five vehicles. Most of what is in the area will be best accessed via a car. However, people often walk or bike ride around the neighborhood and along the gorgeous Indian Avenue. Pebble beach is a short (5 minute) walk from the house. Other things to note Whether it is a babymoon, a romantic escape, a girl's weekend, or time with loved ones, come and enjoy a private relaxing vacation at The Coastal Hideaway! While here take part in the many activities in Middletown and Newport, Rhode Island! - Drive five minutes down the road to Third Beach or continue on for three more minutes to Second Beach (directly next to Surfers End). - Take a lovely stroll down the Cliff Walk, viewing the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and historic mansions from the gilded age (12 minute drive). - Only a five minute drive up the road is Sweet Berry Farm! A local and visitor favorite! - Fifteen minutes to downtown Newport!!! Make sure to check out the shops on Spring Street. - Visit the International Tennis Hall of Fame (15 minute drive) and even catch a match! - The Newport International Polo Grounds and Pavilion are only 10 minutes away. If horses are your thing you can also take a horseback ride on the beach! - Enjoy a wine or beer tasting at Newport Winery (8 minute drive). - One of our favorite things is to grab takeout from any of the delicious restaurants and take a drive down Ocean Avenue in Newport and have a picnic dinner on the rocks ! - Tour the mansions from the gilded age... the Servant Life Tour at The Elms is excellent!
