Georgetown Casita with Amazing Hill Country Views!

Take a deep breath, put your feet up and and enjoy the views from this quiet hill country Casita! You'd swear you were out in the country but surprisingly this amazing little house is literally minutes from I-35 and the Georgetown Square. Built in 2018 this house will treat you with quiet surroundings and modern amenities. 1 bed/1 bath, queen bed + fold-out queen sleeper sofa. Must be 25 to book, no guests under 15. No pets, no smoking, no vaping. Easy check-in/out via keypad. The space The Casita (or "little house") is welcoming and spotlessly clean. It is 710 square feet and was built in 2018. Our goal was for it to have a big, luxurious feel, just in a smaller footprint. We designed, built and furnished this house with details in mind. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and the living room, and of course central AC/heat which you'll control with a Nest thermostat. 60” flatscreen smart TV with access to all popular streaming apps in the living room, and also. 24” Vizio smart/streaming TV in the bedroom. In the TV cabinet you'll find an assortment of DVDs, board/card games, and a few books. The house has it's own dedicated, hard-wired access point and the Wi-Fi is fast (400/40) and reliable. The bedroom features a large closet and a queen-sized bed. The bathroom has granite countertops, frameless resort-style glass and a walk-in shower. In the living room, the couch folds out into a queen-sized sleeper sofa (linens and bedding for both provided). We also have extra pillows, blankets and throws. The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer, an iron, ironing board, and all towels and linens are provided. The kitchen features a butcher block maple table with seating for 4, full-sized stainless steel appliances and a full suite of dishes, knives, cups, mugs, wine glasses and more. There's a Keurig coffee maker and we provide K-cups, creamer, and a variety of sweeteners. Last but certainly not least, we almost always have fresh eggs available! If you'd like some during your stay, please message or text and our boys will be happy to walk some over to you. We hope you'll make time to relax on the back porch in the glider or in one of the rocking chairs while you're here. Our acreage property borders the Middle San Gabriel River and from the porch you'll have a picture-perfect view of the Edwards Plateau and the Texas hill country. Guest access Check in/out is done via a keypad on the front door. The access code will be emailed prior to arrival. You'll park directly in front of the Casita. Other things to note We have a strict no smoking/no vaping/no pets policy for the comfort of all future guests. This applies not only to the Casita but to anywhere on the property. If you must smoke our property probably isn't a good fit. The house is perfect for an individual or couple. Maximum of three (3) guests. No children under 15 and you must be 25 or older to book. Thank you for your understanding. Please park directly in front of the house. We allow a maximum of two (2) guest vehicles at any time. We do not allow locals to book the property. This may seem like a strange rule but while 99% of our guests are awesome and respect the property, the issues we experienced (prior to this rule) have all been with local guests. By "local" we mean Georgetown and the immediate (5-10 minute) surrounding area. Regional (Austin) and out-of-town guests are, of course, welcome.
