Being able to accommodate up to 15 guests in total, this property is a really excellent base for a large group or families to have a comfortable holiday in Zakynthos! Villa Verano is a Green, A+ energy class Villa, with photovoltaics and autonomous air conditioning in every room, respecting the environment, while offering top quality accommodation at the same time. The ground floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 of them are ensuite), a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, as following: Master bedroom (ensuite): King size double bed 2nd bedroom (ensuite): King size double bed 3rd bedroom (ensuite): Two single beds 4rd bedroom: King size double bed Living room: folding guest bed The first floor can accommodate up to 6 guests in total. It is consisted of 1 bedroom (with a king-size double bed), a living room (with a double sofa bed and a double bed), a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom. Villa Verano is equipped with: • STARLINK High-speed Wi-fi internet all over the villa • Air-conditioning on all areas • TV • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Fresh bed linen and towels • Dishwasher • Nespresso coffee machine • Washing machine There is an ample outdoor garden & heated* swimming pool with plenty of space for kids to play and outdoor seating areas & sunbeds. A full BBQ is also available for your exclusive use. *Pool Heating Policy: - There is an extra charge of 40€ per day if you would like to have the pool heated (it's only heated upon request). - The pool can be heated April-June and September-November. - The pool needs approx. 1-2 days to reach the desired temperature so if you would like it to be already heated when you arrive please make sure to inform us at least two days before your arrival. - The pool should be heated for a minimum of 5 days per time. Guest access The whole villa is available for the exclusive use of our guests. The pool and all the facilities are private. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out time: we will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the villa for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the villa will usually be ready by 4pm. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the villa if no other guests are arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
