Our beach house has spectacular ocean views! Is close to beach, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the quiet relaxing neighborhood, and comfy beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). You can walk or drive to Mar Chiquita beach. If you walk it will take you about 1-3 minutes. If you decide to drive it will take you 1 minute. Other beaches too in area. The space Mar Chiquita beach has been declared one of the natural reserved in Puerto Rico! Besides the spectacular 180 degrees ocean view, the property has an indoor terrace, outdoor deck and BBQ area in the garden terrace. It has three bedrooms, two with a queen size bed, third room with double/twin trunk bed with an extra twin bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa in air conditioned family room. Bathroom includes a shower and tub. Guest access Guests will have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with tub and shower, TV/Family Room, Living and Dinning Room, Equipped kitchen, Laundry area, Indoor and outdoor terraces, Outside deck area, and BBQ terrace. We also include beach and bath towels and bed linens. For babies and toddlers we have 1 play and packs, car seat and stroller upon request. Other things to note Reviews are excellent! Most guests we have had for the past 5 years have reviewed excellent this property. Some reviews are not seen in this site because they have booked through other companies. The ones that have stayed using this site have also made great reviews!
