Our home sleeps up to 6 people, comfortably. The private king-suite master w/full-bath and walk-in closet completes the top floor. Enjoy a large Jacuzzi tub and shower combination. On the main floor, cozy-up beside the river stone fireplace in the open living and dining room area; sip tea and coffee on the three-season climate controlled glass sunroom overlooking the hillside trees hillside.Our fully furnished kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, K-cup coffee machine, blender, mixer, and more. The Terrace level offers two queen bedrooms, a shared jack and jill bathroom, and private laundry space. Step outside onto a large covered porch w/sitting swing, chairs and tables. Guest access: Big Canoe is an invite-only community. You will need to provide ID upon initial entry and you will be given a guest pass. Any guest who wants to use the ala carte amenities will need to register at the main gate as a guest upon first entry. We have a total of 2 parking spaces in front of the house. Other things: You will also need to provide us with the names of your guests before your visit so we can register them. It is very important that this is provided prior to your visit to prevent delays when you first enter Big Canoe and challenges booking amenities. About Big Canoe: Big Canoe is a 9,000 acre wildlife gated community in the hardwood forest of the Blue Ridge mountains just north of Atlanta. Big Canoe has over twenty-four miles of maintained hiking trails; home to seven mountains, five lakes, three championship golf courses, a world class fitness center, ten tennis courts, and more. As a renter, you have access to all of the Big Canoe amenities paid directly to each amenity. We do not offer any passes with the rental. No campers, trailers, motorcycles, or gas boat motors are allowed in Big Canoe. Boats with electric motors are allowed but must register at the Marina.
