Please refer to the additional pet rules further down. • The property is fully fenced with a 6ft tall fence ❖ PHOTOSHOOTS: Please let us know if you would like to use the space for photo shoots. There is a separate charge. Guest access Carport with parking for two cars Other things to note ❖ HOUSE RULES: • Quiet hours after 9pm. No outdoor music at any time • As the house is on a septic system, please only flush toilet paper down the toilet • Please load dishes into the dishwasher before leaving • Please no shoes in the house • Please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use to preserve the incredible stargazing in the area • Please be aware that the house is situated in an area rich with desert plants and animals. This includes many Joshua Trees, rabbits and coyotes, but also sharp cacti and rarely desert critters such as spiders, snakes and scorpions. Therefore, we ask that you practice caution while walking around the grounds ❖ Dog owners agree to the following additional rules: • To pay the pet fee of $150. Up to 2 pets allowed. • Use protective blankets that we will leave out for you to cover any place where your dog may lie (we are not equipped to shampoo furniture or rugs or dry clean bedding after your departure) • Outside the house, dogs should be leashed at all times. There are coyotes in the High Desert, which present danger to unleashed dogs. Cacti can also cause injuries to dogs. Dog owners bear full responsibility for the safety of their dogs. • Owners must immediately pick up after their dogs and deposit waste in a plastic bag and place it in the garbage bin • Dogs are not to be left unattended in the house at any time. In addition to our additional dog cleaning fee, we will deduct the costs of extra cleaning or repairs necessitated by the presence of your dog.
