The house is spacious, and equipped with everything you will need for your stay in Portland no matter you are traveling with families, friends, or colleagues. The total of 5 bedrooms will give each of your enough space to spread out but also able to keep as a group. Our place is close to MAX station, restaurants, groceries, and a lot of natural parks. 5 mins drive to Nike Headquarter, and only 15mins drive from downtown Portland.600mbps internet speed The space Hello! We have a 2,500 sqft bright, modern home in Portland. During your stay you will have access to a fully stocked kitchen including: coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishware, and pots & pans. The space is loaded with windows which lets in a lot of natural light. There are total of five bedrooms located in the house. The space can accommodate 15 people, big garage, air conditioned and heating, washer/dryer in unit. There are plenty of space for parking. You can park two cars in the garage, and also 2 on the drive-way, there's also free street parking available. A total of five bedrooms: -Bedroom#1 is the master bedroom, which has a king size bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with private tub. -Bedrooms#2 and #3 have queen-size beds, with closet and hangers. -Bedroom#4 is located on the first floor, with a queen-size bed, and a book shelf. -Bedroom#5 has a king size bed, a full bed, a twin bed, and a futon. -Two full bathrooms upstairs one shared one in master bedroom -Tastefully decorated living and dinning, with a safe gas fireplace. -Large windows and tall ceilings. -BBQ grill. -Crib and pack n’play. -High chairs. -We have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBO Max subscriptions! Backyard: backyard is equipped with a grill, child play structure, and a trampoline. We also have a tool storage room in the backyard, that we stored some bikes for kids. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Feel free to use the kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer at your own discretion. We have a smart tv that you can watch Netflix and Youtube. Each room has its own closet to place your personal items and clothing. Other things to note 1. This home is located in a quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. This means that respectful friendly gatherings are OK. That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden. Any sign of disturbance, loud music & noise, including disturbance reported by neighbors, is a violation of the house rules. 2. If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it. 3. For guest that staying for a longer period, our data plan is 1.2Tb/month, that's standard for most of internet carrier. 1.2TB data equals to: -Send and receive 46,000 emails -Stream 9,000 hours of music -Surf the internet for 2,800 hours -Game for 18,500 hours -Stream high-def videos for 400 hours -Post to social media for 6,200 hours It's very rare that the data usage would exceed 1.2 TB. However, if you do exceed the limit, we will be charge a fee of $100.
