Bright, quiet and comfortable Texas Hill Country cabin located on a ridge in the beautiful Alamo Springs Ranch area. Perfect for those who want to be near Fredericksburg, but want to avoid the crowds. Open floor plan with full kitchen, queen and twin bed in the loft with a full size futon in the living area. Great get away for amazing stargazing, sunsets and moon rise. Beautiful views and full access to 19 acres. The space The cabin is located in the Texas Hill Country on 19 acres of mostly undeveloped land. There is wildlife on the property and we have seen axis deer, white tail deer, armadillos, raccoons, jack rabbits, bats, large lizards and lots of varieties of birds, butterflies and insects. You also may encounter snakes, scorpions and other reptiles and insects. We have screens on the door and windows. Occasionally insects have made their way inside. The terrain is rocky and the hiking paths are uneven. If you are looking for a refined and manicured place to stay, this is probably not the BnB for you. Please watch children closely and use the treehouse at your own risk. • A few miles from Banker Smith Saloon, Dance Hall and Event Center • Luckenbach Texas Luckenbach presents over 300 shows/events a year featuring Americana, Honky-Tonk, Western Swing, Rockabilly, Roots Rock, Alt Country and Blues • Just down the road from Old Tunnel State Park Guest access Full access to the cabin with loft, kitchen and bath as well as 19 acres for relaxing walks or mountain biking. Other things to note The loft has a low ceiling on the side with the ladder. This area may not be suitable for children or those with limited mobility. There is an option to book the other time cabin if you need to sleep 2 more folks.
