The Landing is a classic 1960’s-built Australian beachfront holiday home with a stunning 20 metre-wide beach frontage. A relaxed, coastal getaway with panoramic ocean views of Port Willunga Beach and its own private pool. This is the ideal home base for your family beach holiday, McLaren Vale winery weekend with friends, romantic escape for two or wedding preparations. Enjoy summer days in the backyard pool, the beach and stroll to the famous Star of Greece restaurant for lunch The space Overlooking the stunning Port Willunga coastline and the famous limestone cliffs, only a 12min drive to the world class McLaren Vale wine. Beach access to Aldinga Reef Sanctuary is directly out the front of the property. (There are stairs down to the beach) Upstairs (60sqm): Open plan kitchen, dining and living. 75-inch smart TV with Netflix. Wood fire for cozy winter nights. Balcony with outdoor sofa, table & chairs. Boardgames stored in the benchseat Downstairs: 3 bedrooms - (1x King and 2x queens : all with sea views. Master bedroom has a Smart TV with Netflix. 2 bathrooms each with a shower and toilet. Laundry with a washing machine and sink. Backyard: Swimming pool: 4m x 8m (open 6 Sept to 30th April) Sandpit & Play boat Lawn Pond Outdoor dining (seats 8) with an outdoor market umbrella BBQ (stored in the garage) Secure garage to park your car and table tennis. If mobilizing up and down stairs is an issue for you please check with us for suitability before booking. To make your walks to the beach easy as pie, we provide our guests with a beach trolley, beach tent and beach towels. For our littlest guests we have a highchair, portacot and baby bath. Please let us know if you would like these set up for your booking. Firewood is provided for cosy winter stays.
