It has been recently renovated and refurbished. The decoration is clean, modern, fresh and relaxing. The open kitchen is fully equipped with laundry, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, glass top range with oven, microwave. The living room and dining area is large and luminous, with enough seating space perfect for large families. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with rain showers, one bathroom is inside the main room. Main room has 4 single beds, trundle beds (2 underneath that roll out and up). The balcony doors and windows are new, include electric metal shutters to help keep noise and light out. The property building has an elevator but not usually need since the flat is on the very first floor. Kitchen appliances are new and modern, digital glass stove top, and all in one cloth washer/dryer. To help well care of appliances we leave an easy to follow translated instructions manual. Walking distance to all the major Madrid attractions, front is a metro entrance of line 1 subway and bus stops. Recommend buying the 10 trip card that includes all transport.
