Cozy and private upstairs guest suite in an American Craftsman Bungalow located in a quiet East Madison neighborhood! A five minute Uber ride from the airport and ten minutes from Capitol Square. Also within easy biking or driving distance from multiple craft breweries and restaurants and the Fair Oaks and Willy/Atwood neighborhoods. The space Spacious, private suite featuring queen bed and full size futon, living room area with 40” HDTV with Roku, kitchenette, and private 3/4 bath. Guest access Easy, free on-street parking right in front of the home. Please use back entrance to enter and exit the guest suite. During your stay I'm a friendly banker with an adorable cat and dog who enjoys live music and exploring Madison on my motorcycle. If you'd like to hang out or are looking for things around town to explore, I'd love to give suggestions for things to do! But if privacy and quiet are what you're looking for instead, please close the door separating the main living area and the upstairs guest suite. Other things to note When entering and leaving the home please be careful as Connie (our cat) or Chloe (our dog) may try to follow you. Chloe may also bark at you before you come inside. They are both extremely friendly but also very curious and love new people. Please refrain from letting them upstairs unless you keep a close eye on them, especially our dog as she occasionally may make a mess.
