Other things to note Please be aware that the house is air conditioned and therefore sealed. The windows are unable to be opened and we don't provide mosquito nets. If you are unable to tolerate air conditioning then please be aware there is no other option to cool the house. We don't recommend that you drink the water at Casa Congo. The water is from the mains but is generally low quality. It is fine to wash veg, brush teeth, make ice, make coffee etc but if you want to drink water, we suggest you buy bottled water for this purpose. If you have been drinking water all over Costa Rica with no problems, then our water is no worse. We offer you our recommendation, it is entirely your choice if you drink the water or not.
