We are close to the University of Utah, City Creek Shopping Center, Primary Children's and several nearby parks and activities. Ski resorts are all within 30-45 minutes. The home includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room, full laundry room, kitchen, living space and tv room. The back yard is well equipped for outdoor dining with friends and family (& the occasional deer).
