The top floor includes an open concept great room. With a combined family room, dining area, kitchen and half bath you'll have all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. The middle level includes a primary king suite as well as two guest rooms. Prepare to rest soundly in the primary suite with a new Helix hybrid mattress and indulge each morning with a luxurious shower that includes a rain shower head, three jets and removable wand. The hall bathroom includes spa like features including a deep soaking tub. The kids will love the bunk beds, their own tv and play space. And guests will love the new king mattress along with beautiful ocean views. The lower level provides great access to the beach walkway as well as access to an outdoor shower and laundry closet. Simply walk down the drive and cross to the wooden walkway for simple beach access. Our location provides easy access making for a pleasant beach outing. Conveniently just a short walk or bike ride away you'll find restaurants, ice cream shops, parks, shopping stores and coffee shops for your enjoyment. Back inside the house you'll find all the essentials to enjoy making a meal from a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes new appliances along with dish soap, utensils and dishes even for your little ones. An adjacent pantry is great for extra storage and also offers an amazing coffee bar to start your day. You'll be pleased to find well stocked towels along with body wash, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience.
