Pool is a shared community pool, but hardly gets any visitors, so you may have that to yourself too. Other things to note Pool is only partially warmed by a solar cover in off-season (November-April) and is fully heated from May through October. Fully open! We are unfortunately not responsible for the pool/commons area. If there is an issue or concern, please do let us know so we can reach out to our HOA. Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level.
