Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the first and second floors of our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. The primary bedroom includes a dedicated office space for work or relaxation. All bedrooms are located on the second floor, providing a restful retreat. The attic remains securely off-limits, while the basement is reserved for laundry use only. Outside, enjoy the large yard with a picnic bench. Parking is available for up to three vehicles in the driveway. For your security and convenience, we have electronic locks on exterior and interior doors, as well as backup lockboxes. We’ve designed this space with your comfort and privacy in mind. Other things to note The lower jets in the hot tub are currently non-functional, but the tub and shower work as expected. Please note that this is a century-old home with unique character and some imperfections, adding to its charm. Disclosure : Any home built before 1978 may contain lead. We use lead safe work practices.
