South Hams, Devon holiday home nr gorgeous beaches

Lovely modern family house near the gorgeous beaches of South Devon. Located in the South Hams, our welcoming and spacious home is perfect for family gatherings or a trip away with friends. Located on a beautiful, quiet private estate with 18 acres of shared grounds to enjoy. Local beaches, towns and villages all a short drive away. Allocated parking on site, Wifi, towels and bed linen provided. One well behaved dog welcome subject to additional fee. The space Our house is modern, light and spacious with lovely tall exposed ceilings on the top floor. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen dining area with seating for 8. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs - a king and a bunk room and there is a bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find the sitting room with views out to the orchard at the back and the courtyard from the front. A large corner sofa and a double sofa mean there is plenty of space to relax and watch that movie together. The master bedroom is also upstairs with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and double basin. On the 3rd floor mezzanine is a desk and private area to work or sit on the bean bags and chill! Guest access We have a front and back entrance to the property. The 18 acre grounds and gardens are all shared with the other guests and residents so we would appreciate you considering your neighbours when using these. There are many seating and outdoor dining areas, one directly outside our back door, a pontoon by the lake, tables and chairs dotted around the grounds for you to enjoy. Other things to note We have one allocated parking space on site but there are some other visitor spots available too.
