The house is a stone throw away from the stunning National Park offering various walking paths to Tallow beach. Your feet hit the sand within less than 10 minutes. Clarkes Beach, Wategos and the centre of town are all within a few minutes drive. Paia is still close to all the action whilst being set in an oasis making you feel far away from it all. Simple, uncluttered internal spaces with clean lines and contours are a feature of this impressive home. Beautifully polished Australian Spotted Gum hardwood floors, large free standing hardwood posts and exposed beams lend a strong and robust feel, and the pattern of lofted and flat ceilings, with its interesting light play through the highlight windows, generate a variety of unique spatial effects.
