The Guest House Pool Cabana is only available as an add on for your stay (additional charge) - otherwise it will be unoccupied. **You will not have anyone else staying in there during your stay, unless of course you would like to book the extra space POOL HEATER INSTALLED! The putting green is open for use! I have 6 putters and plenty of golf balls. Please ABSOLUTELY NO CHIPPING!! Kitchen: Toaster Oven Microwave Oven Dishwasher Water and Ice Dispenser Mixing tools Air Fryer Kuerig Knife set Slow Cooker Pots&Pans Swim at your own risk. You are responsible for you and your children who are swimming. Please be careful - the deep end of the pool is about 9 ft. If you are using gym equipment - please use at your own risk as well. We have 2 Beach chairs and three sets of goggles for swimming. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels! Enjoy a beautiful backyard with many different plants like pineapples, banana trees, Aloe, coconut trees, lime plants. Massive grill to cook anything you need. If you would like to use the gym equipment please let me know so I can have it out for you. Please also clean the equipment after use. Also please rinse the floor with the hose when you are done. There is a cornhole bags game. Equipment is located in master bedroom closet. Feel free to re arrange the outdoor furniture as you please. But please put back to the way it was when you leave I have the separate cabana listed for guests on Air bnb as well. The house is suited with door alarms and a pool alarm which can be activated at your convenience for the safety of your children. I have a Pack N Play as well as a high chair for younger children All guests are required to sign a liability waiver for your stay. Guest access Please do not block the sidewalks when you park in the driveway!! 4 car maximum, absolutely no parking in the streets Feel free to park in the driveway. enter the side gates to the backyard. Or walk through the front door Other things to note NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE - elderly couple and young children live on either side of the house!!!! Noise ordinance is 10 PM. You are more than welcome to enjoy yourself - but please bring the noise inside by 10 PM. You will be asked to leave if you violate the neighbor's privacy with loud noise. If you want to rent the pool cabana as well please contact me. The price ranges from $99/night to $199/night depending on the time of year. The cabana is the most luxurious part of the property and includes a King Tempur-Pedic mattress, 50 inch Samsung TV, full bathroom, full kitchen(except dishwasher), desk to work from, couch and coffee table.
