Guest bedroom has two queen beds, TV, and hall guest bath Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for the family. Everyone will enjoy the large two level pool deck. Spend time on the lower sundeck or head to the upper deck for the pool and hot tubs or a game of shuffleboard. Don't miss out on some relaxation on the balcony overlooking the wonderful Atlantic coastline. We are about an 90 minutes from Disney World, 45 minutes from St. Augustine, 20 minutes from Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Marine Center, and many local activities... something for everyone in the family... fishing, biking, shopping, water park, boardwalk rides, boating, river day cruises and more... Area has a variety of restaurants to satisfy any palette. We have a secure building with underground parking as well as an outside lot. There is a grocery store a mile from the building. You only need to take a short drive to find a number of wonderful restaurants. Tanger Mall and One Daytona are less than 10 miles from the condo and have many first-class stores for those wanting to shop. Disney World is under 2 hours by car. Other things to note Must be 25 to rent. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. No pets, house parties or smoking allowed in the units. We are a residential condominium, not a hotel. House rules will be provided at check-in. For your convenience, we provide a start-up supply of laundry and paper products and toiletries.
