We offer one of the most unique forested venues in the Pacific Northwest. The barn lodging features 5 suites with 5 bathrooms and a large kitchen. The main floor suite is also the bridal suite. This suite has a queen murphy bed with its own private bathroom. There are upto 5 queen air mattress available for additional guests. We only pull out air mattress when booking for more than 14 guests to put in the ballroom. Air mattress are not available for less than 14 guests. The barn is surrounded by forest. **New 2024 outdoor heated community pool and hot tub available Seasonal May to Oct depending on weather and may have other guests. It is about a 3 minute walk from Barndominum.** We do book events through our website as Airbnb does not allow events through their platform at this time. Events have an event fee through Carson Creek Estate. The barn has a large one acre lawn just below that is private for barn guests use only, occasionally we will have a 1 hour rehearsal outside during your stay. We would notify you if this is during your stay. **** Owners live on-site.**** Guest access Guest will have access to the main barn, gravel parking and lower grass area. There is a large shop at back of barn that is accessed by owners. Other things to note Larger groups over 16 are $20 per person per night additional, we have to manually send this charge. Events have an additional fee Owners live on-site First grass area used by owner or campers. Back shop area may be accessed during stay, it has a separate entrance. Air mattresses only available when 14+ guests book. When AC is on all doors need to remain closed to ensure units continue working properly. Leaving windows or doors open can result in the AC unit over heating and damaging the units. No AC in ballroom. During winter/cold season we recommend keeping all garage doors closed as main great room/ball room has radiant floor heat and takes significant time to heat up if garage doors are opened.
