The hot tub, grill and deck are private for this home only. The owners live in the middle floor and have their own entrance. There is plenty of off street parking right in front of the entrance. The home has all of the expected amenities of a short term rental including washer/dryer, AC, fast WIFI, fully stocked kitchen and even a private hot tub etc. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath 2nd Bedroom - Queen 3rd Bedroom - Bunk bed (Single over Single) Our home is NOT pet friendly due to severe allergies.
