Entire level for games- pool table, air hockey, full size shuffleboard, PacMan arcade game, Ping Pong, bar, and more! Located in an amenity filled lake community with pool & lake. The space Hosted by one of the areas premier Super Hosts known for luxury retreats with a rustic modern feel. Escape Me Mountain Retreat has been recently updated with no expense spared. This large and private property can sleep 16 people comfortably. Relax in our brand new hot tub with over 100 Jets and room for 7 adults! Each of the generously-appointed 7 bedrooms has a large flat screen SmartTV’s. Enjoy Access to Netflix, Hulu, AppleTv, Youtube, Prime using your own account. We provide linens and bath towels for your convenience. Enjoy a family dinner with our fully stocked kitchen and 2 outdoor bbq grilles. Epic game room featuring an entire floor with full-size air hockey table, Pac-Man arcade game, pool table, ping pong table, poker table for 8 people, full size shuffleboard table, dart board, Wii gaming system, 2 large screen tv's, and bar. It also includes life size Jenga, Connect-4 and many board games. There is also outdoor games including ladder ball, corn hole and horseshoes. Located in Towamensing Trails Lakeside Community with access to beach, pool, 190 acre lake, recreation center with pavilion, lounge, and snack bar. Sports facilities such as basketball, volleyball, tennis courts, ball fields and playground. 🛏 Bedrooms: Bottom floor has 2 bedrooms both with Queen beds 2nd floor has the Master suite with King Size bed 3rd floor has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 4 has a queen, bedroom 5 has a King, bedroom 6 has a twin/full bunk bed, queen and twin sleeper chair, bedroom 7 has 2 sets of bunk beds with twin/full combos. Top bunk beds are designed for children 6 years old to teenagers. Weight limit for top bunk should not exceed 300 pounds as per manufacturer. **Located just 15 minutes to Jack Frost/Big Boulder, 13 minutes to Pocono Raceway, 10 minutes to Skirmish USA Paintball, 10 minutes to Hickory Run State Park and Hawk Falls. Other area attractions are just a short drive to other ski resorts, lakes, state parks, casinos and indoor water parks. *2025 Lake and Pool are Open from Memorial Day Weekend the Pool and lake will open for swimming Sat, Sun, Mon 11:00am-6:00 pm, and then Weekends Only until Fathers Day, Then open every day 11:00am-6:pm until Labor Day. There are 8 passes available for tenants and children under 5 do not need a pass. Tenants cannot use their own kayaks or boats. Paddle boats are available to rent. There is a free lake located just 8 minutes away in Hickory Run State Park. NO PROMS OR SENIOR WEEKS! You MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT. Zero tolerance!Violators will be immediately evicted with No Refund. Please dont even try. We will find out and you will be forced to leave. Our home is Pet Free and Smoke Free. No Smoking or Vaping is permitted inside our home. If this policy is violated it is a $500 fine. Renters will be required to sign our rental agreement and review our HOA rental policy. A copy of your ID is required to verify age and identity. Trash must be taken to a dumpster upon check-out. RENTERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO HAVE OUTDOOR FIRES OF ANY KIND. Please note your reservation is not final until you have a confirmation from Airbnb. We cannot hold dates and if you are sent a preapproval, we suggest you book right away as dates cannot be held via message or inquiry. Guest access Please note that Towamensing Trails includes access for 8 wrist bands to access the lake and pools in the summer months. Additional passes can be purchased at $10/day per person. Every guest over the age of 5 must have a wrist band to access the amenities. Parking for 12 vehicles only. We provide passes for 4 vehicles at no additional charge.* Additional vehicles will be $5.00/per vehicle. Guests must provide license plate/state information to owner at least 48 hrs before check-in for parking passes and wrist bands. Failure to do so will result in a delayed check-in. Access to the home is contingent on receiving this information. Trash must be taken to a dumpster upon check-out. Failure to do so will be a charge of $25/per bag.
