Central air conditioning In a quiet cul-de-sac with less than 5 minutes walking distance: Intermarché supermarket, bus stop and GR34 hiking trails, Circuit Rive Gauche and Les 3 Valleys. 3 bikes. The space The cathedral living room is adorned with a majestic functional fireplace and opens onto a large veranda. The fireplace is usable and has been recently swept. On the second floor, the wooded mezzanine overlooking the cathedral living room makes it an ideal reading corner. On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds each, equipped kitchen, toilet, Italian bathroom with an additional toilet, cathedral-style living room and finally a large veranda. On the 1st floor: bathroom, toilet, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds, which can be brought together, and the last bedroom with a single bed and a desk for working) and 1 mezzanine. In total, the house has 9 beds for adults and a baby bed for up to 4 years old (baby bed). Fiber optic internet. The garden has benches and outdoor tables for eating, reading or strolling. The garden is enclosed: once the gate is closed, children can play safely without risk of going out. Ker Ocean is a 10-minute bike ride from the super Atlantide aquatic center, in the heart of the Porzou forest. Finally, several beaches are accessible by bike, including Cabellou Beach, which is a 10-minute bike ride away. Guest access A 4-minute walk to the Intermarché shopping mall. The ferry to reach the Walled Town is a 15-minute walk away. Crossing the Concarneau shipyard with all kinds of sailboats and boats under construction. You will be at the foot of the hiking trails, while being within walking distance of the sea (800 m) and the Passage du Bac for direct access to the Walled Town (voted the French people's favorite Breton monument).
