The property has two off-street parking spots; a garage stall as well as a carport adjacent to the garage stall. New Ulm is well known for its Bavarian roots and it pervades almost everything. From day one, the city was designed as a free-thinking utopia filled with parks every few blocks. New Ulm is famous for its German festivals such as Bavarian Blast (formally Heritagefest) in July, BockFest in March at the mansion grounds of August Schell of Schell's beer fame, and of course, TWO full weekends of Oktoberfest (Oktober) activities.
