Perfect for young families, couples, or friends looking to relax, explore, and enjoy lake life. 🛋 Inside the Cabin - 2 Bedrooms (sleeps 4 comfortably) - 1 Bathroom - Cozy living room with wood stove - Small but well-equipped kitchen with coffee bar - Three-season porch for game nights - Nostalgic kids’ bunkhouse with DVDs + Nintendo GameCube 🌲 Outdoor Living: - Private deck with peekaboo lake views - Outdoor shower (May 1 through Oct 1) - Firepit with Adirondack chairs & s’mores nights - BBQ grill + space for yard games - Kayaks (2 included) with carts for transport 🌊 SHARED Lake Access Waterfront is a flat 3–5-minute walk on a dirt road. While there is NO sandy beach, guests love: - Swimming and kayaking from the gradual, clear water entry - Fishing in peaceful surroundings - Mountain views of the Belknap Range - We set chairs right in the water See photos in the listing to get a feel for the waterfront area. Bunkhouse is CLOSED November 1 through May 1 Whether you’re cozying up for a movie night, listening to the kids play in the bunkhouse, or swapping stories around the firepit, Little Bear Lodge is about slowing down, reconnecting, and making memories. We can’t wait to host you! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and property including space for a boat trailer. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a trailer. Other things to note If you’re seeking complete seclusion, this may not be the ideal spot during the busier summer months, as we do have seasonal neighbors. That said, the deck itself is private, and once fall arrives and through the winter season, the property truly transforms into your own peaceful oasis. See the aerial photo for a clear layout of the property. The Bunkhouse is CLOSED for the season December 1 through May 1. In true cabin fashion, there is a small hot water tank. Enjoy a long lukewarm shower; or a short hot one. We love our pups but must be mindful of insurance and allergies. Pets are negotiable - please reach out if you’d like to bring your pet. $75.00 Pet Fee (2 max). Unauthorized guests at the cabin and/or at the shared waterfront will be charged $200.00 per person. WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use the property’s features, facilities, and its grounds, including shared water access, in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to use of stairs, grounds, lofts, bunkbeds, decks, Kayaks, floats, and appliances are done at the guest’s sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters, or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the firepit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests who decide to use the shared waterfront understand there is an inherent danger around water. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or loss personal property. Guest hereby hold owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
