Private lower level includes 2 BR, 3 Queen beds, 1 twin, full private bath, LR, private entrance, wifi, grill, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, sandwich maker, roasting oven, griddle, and more. Located in the Holland area, 20 min. to Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, Lake Michigan. Use of the hot tub is most likely but not guaranteed. Please ask if it is important for your stay. The space Your lower level includes two bedrooms, full bath, living room, kitchenette, private entrance, Wi-Fi, and a hot tub. Guests have described the lower level as very "homey" and comfortable. You have complete privacy as well. This is a great location for Art Prize, Tulip Time, Charter Fishing, shopping, spending the day on the beach, sightseeing, athletic events, music scene, antiques shopping, biking West MI, multiple area festivals and job searching. We have more jobs than people out here! Please Note: I am no longer open to allowing pets. Guest access Only the guest who placed the reservation will be given first access. Guests have their own private entrance, private refrigerator/freezer, small cooking appliances, kitchenette, hot tub, outdoor seating, outdoor grill, laundry access, access as a guest to Planet Fitness when possible and if I'm available, I will gladly drive you to and from downtown Holland if you'd like to visit all of our breweries. There would be a charge for me to provide a ride to Grand Rapids. Downtown Zeeland is in walking distance. Downtown Holland is 5 minutes away. Other things to note A No Pet Policy is in place. Smoking inside will result in a $500 fee. The backyard is fenced in. Guests have a private entrance from the outside and are offered the entrance from inside the garage as well. There is so much to do here in West Michigan, don't pass up this great opportunity! I've lived here my entire life and can answer all your questions. Use of the hot tub requires agreement to cleanliness rules. Trashing the hot tub will result in a financial penalty.
