If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund. Pool heater is electric and only capable of heating 20F above ambient temperature. Therefore, if forecasted average temperature during your stay is under 64F, pool heat is NOT an option. October 1-October 31: Pool can be heated to 87F for $50/night (2 night minimum) with 3 day notice November 1-February 29: Pool is NOT heated. Guests are invited to use a hot tub, if provided. March 1-May 31: Pool is heated free to 84F and can be heated to 87F for $50/night (2 night minimum) June 1-September 30: Pool is NOT heated Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the pool heater, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week.
