Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are both on the ground floor. Both rooms feature 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, & one with a 65" Smart TV w/ cable and the other a 42” 4K Smart TV w/ cable.. The shared bathroom on the ground floor offers a shower/tub combo & separate vanity area. The 5th bed in the home is a queen located in the open loft on the third floor, which overlooks the main living area. The loft doubles as an office with a desk & chair for anyone working remotely. Lakeland Village must-have amenities include private beach, pier, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, & children’s play area. As our guest, you will have access to all amenities. Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service IMPORTANT: This unit is not available through the Vail hotel management company and does not include access to the Vail maid service, the Vail shuttle van, or towel service. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2 in the community parking area. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement.
