The fully equipped kitchen features quality appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and pots and pans. Just bring the groceries, and you’ll have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, creating an open-concept space where everyone can cook, eat, and enjoy time together. Whether you're reading a book, watching a movie, or enjoying a game night, this space is perfect for making memories. For a peaceful night’s sleep, the second floor bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a flat-screen TV and in house laundry. Wake up and savor your coffee on the covered porch, basking in the calm and serenity of your surroundings. If you're staying for work or an extended trip, you'll love the desk setup with monitors, providing an ideal workspace for remote professionals. Additional sleeping space is available in the loft area, where a full size Murphy bed adds extra flexibility for your group. This home also features a spacious covered porch with views of the river, and it’s only a short stroll from the marina, sand volleyball, and pickleball courts for outdoor fun. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or work remotely, Bow-Wow on the River offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable, memorable stay. House Rules: During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am.  Events, parties or gatherings in or around the home are forbidden. Tents are not allowed on property. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing. We love pets, however we have some limitations. Bow Wow on the River has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking this rules. We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals.. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and respect for our homes. Thank you for helping us provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests. Also, do not forget to enjoy all the nearby amenities and activities including swimming, fire pits, kayaking, kite flying, trail hiking/walking, bike riding trails, craft beer and wine tasting, zip lining, sky diving, glass blowing, and much more! Other things to note Must be 21 years of age to reserve a room. Payment When making a new reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged at booking time to hold your reservation. 14 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the card we have on file. If you would prefer to use an alternate credit card, please call our office. If the arrival date is within 14 days of the date you are making the reservation, the full reservation amount will be due at booking time. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cancellation & Refund Policies Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance deposit. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit the advance deposit. Some promotions, specials or packages may have modified cancellation polices. Please review the rate details, terms and conditions at the time of reservation. All cancellation charges are plus tax and applicable fees Minimum Stays Saturdays require a minimum two night stay (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) Most national holidays require a three night stay.
