Guest access Guests have access to the whole home. Everything in the home and on the property is staged and set up for guests use and enjoyment to be used respectfully. The only areas that are off limits to guests are the two locked closets located in the laundry room and the garage space. No guest access is permitted to either of these areas. Other things to note - We aim to make your stay enjoyable and are responsive to requests, just message us. - Want to check in early or checkout late? We have an early check in/ late checkout fee of $25 per hour. - Guests are requested to lock up the entire house and turn off unnecessary lights and electronics prior to leaving. - Pet owners are requested to clean up after their pets both inside and outside the home. - Use provided baby items and toys at your own discretion. - Accurate registration of all guests is essential for staging, cleaning, and safety purposes ($100 charge for unregistered guests). - Seasonally our lawn mower will be around the exterior of the property taking care of the outdoor space. - During months of possible snow please allow up to 24 hours for snow removal. We provide a shovel and ice melt for your convenience, if needed, during your stay. - It is strongly recommended to purchase Airbnb's travel insurance when booking a stay during months where unpredictable weather may cause difficulties in travel which could result in not making it to your reserved location. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide full refunds for missed trips.
