Phoenix is a unique “bicycle themed” tiny house with a beautiful view of Badin Lake and the Uwharrie National Forest. It has tongue and groove walls and ceilings, 1 bedroom downstairs, and a 400 sq foot screen porch/deck. Badin Shores Resort offers lots of amenities for a fun vacation…pool, playgrounds, beach, marina, putt-putt, fishing pier, boardwalk, as well as gravel and road riding nearby for cyclists. Experience and enjoy tiny house living at Phoenix at Badin! The space Phoenix is our second home and custom built with unique handmade furnishings and decorations. It has a cabin-like feeling with all tongue and groove walls and floors. Besides enjoying all of the amenities that Badin Shores Resort offers, guests can explore the Uwharrie National Forest, visit nearby wineries, the Asheboro Zoo, and cyclists can enjoy both road and gravel riding. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire house, porch, deck, grilling deck, and yard. Phoenix offers a full kitchen, fireplace, TVs and large extended living space on the screen porch. Other things to note We welcome couples (maximum of 2 people) who want to enjoy the lake life and experience a tiny house. Phoenix is not just a rental house, it is our second home and we ask our guests to be respectful of our home and property. No parties are allowed and only those listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property and in the house. Phoenix is in a rural setting with few restaurants nearby. Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen and our grilling deck with gas grill. Cheers Bar & Grill at the Marina is usually open Thursday-Sunday and there is often a food truck right outside of the park.
