Located just 20 minutes to Lake George, 30 minutes to Salt Springs, and 40 minutes to Silver Glen Springs by boat. The closest public boat ramp is only 2 miles away by vehicle and 5 minutes away by boat. There are two boat rentals 15 minutes from the home, multiple restaurants and bars close by boat or car, and many trails and hikes for outdoors adventures. The home is kid friendly and equipped with a pack-n-play, toys, and bumbo seat with tray for meals available for use. Whether it’s a quiet weekend to disconnect from every day life, spending some time on the lake with family and friends, a fishing trip with the guys, or all of the above, we hope you enjoy your stay at the Riverview Cottage. Guest access We invite you to enjoy the entire home, including the cozy screened-in porch, the one-car garage, and two beautifully redone docks where you can pull up and tie off your boat. Please note that while the boat lift is not available for use, it has been raised out of the way so you can safely tie your boat in the slip. There is plenty of space to park multiple vehicles and boat trailers, with both a driveway and an additional parking platform at the top of the drive. We kindly ask that you only park on the driveway, as the septic system is located in the front yard and parking off the driveway could cause damage. Please be aware that the driveway slopes slightly down toward the house. For your convenience, you’ll be provided a unique front door code for contactless check-in prior to your arrival. Other things to note Please note the driveway down to the house is slanted as well as a step down from the back porch to the grass and a slanted walk down to the dock. There is no fence lining the seawall blocking access to the water or fenced in yard. House quirks: Please also note the ice make in the freezer makes ice but does not release ice through the exterior drop down but can be scooped out from the interior of the freezer or utilize the ice cube trays that will be available. Plenty of room for cars, trucks, and trailers on the driveway and parking platform. Please do not park off the driveway as the septic tank is located in the front yard and will cause damage.
