This renovated home has an elegant simplicity, the fully equipped kitchen is open plan. Upstairs you can find a cosy little living room. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining room with a view of the outside from two glass doors that directly open onto the garden. Leading off from the dining area there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a half bathroom, the other has a large shower. The two bedrooms consist of the main bedroom overlooking out onto the garden and the other with bunk beds with a view of the natural environment. Outside there is a garden not fenced surrounded by the woods from which the guests can take walks on different paths either up into the hills or to the nearby lake beaches. The home is really all about its unique beautiful natural surroundings and things to do in the area. Guest access We are set in a beautiful landscape surrounded by the countryside, near some typical houses, right on the edge of the woods, the lake and the beaches. Please note that part of the road (1 km) leading to the property is not asphalted, steep and narrow in some places and not suitable for cars with a particularly low ground clearance. The parking area is free and is located 50 meters from the property. We recommend to get your supplies before as the village with supermarkets is about 5 km away from the house. The nearest restaurants are located only 1 km from the property. The renovated cottage is in a strategic position for excursions and walks, and several of the Como lake beautiful beaches are at walking distance.
