The open layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together while still having room to spread out. 👩‍🍳 Fully Stocked Kitchen The bright, modern kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, cookware, serving pieces, spices, a drip coffee maker, French press, and everything you need to prepare meals for your group. Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee or dine al fresco on the patio. 🛏 Sleeping Arrangements Our spacious three-level layout comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests while providing privacy for everyone. • Main Floor: Half bathroom • Second Floor: Primary king bedroom with an electric fireplace and Roku TV, two queen bedrooms (one with a Roku TV), and a full bathroom. • Third Floor: King bedroom, twin bedroom with a Roku TV, and a second full bathroom. 🔥 Outdoor Living One of the home's favorite features is the outdoor space. Soak in the private hot tub after a day of exploring downtown, gather around the fire pit beneath the stars, grill dinner on the BBQ, or relax in one of two comfortable outdoor lounge areas. 👨‍👩‍👧 Family Friendly Traveling with little ones? We provide a Pack 'n Play, children's books, toys, yoga mats, and plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house and its amenities. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, and both outdoor lounge spaces with the hot tub and fire pit. The detached garage, basement, and a locked private owner's closet on the second floor are not accessible to guests. Any approved event where more than the 10 registered overnight guests are present will require an additional event and cleaning fee. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your plans. 🐾 Pet Friendly Well-behaved dogs are welcome for $100 per pet, per stay. Please include your pets in your reservation before check-in. If pets are not included in your reservation or additional cleaning is required due to excessive pet hair or damage, additional fees may apply. 🌿 Outdoor Space Relax in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy one of two outdoor lounge areas. Please note that the backyard is not fully fenced, so children and pets should be supervised while outdoors. 🚗 Parking Free off-street parking is available for multiple vehicles, making it easy to park once and explore Yellow Springs on foot.
