Semi Ocean front property offers the perfect getaway! With private access to a residential beach and a pool just a few steps away! Clean and comfortable two- level townhome with gorgeous Ocean View from master bedroom! It also has a newly renovated kitchen! Pine Knolls Shores near Emerald Isle offers a beautiful ocean and great relaxing family vacation! The home is cozy, clean, decorated shabby/chic and well stocked. Close to shops, Aquarium, entertainment and restaurants. Perfect for families! The space Located on a part of the beach that is residential so there is plenty of space on the beach and feels almost private! This home is also our second home so we keep it clean and cozy! Two bedrooms with plenty of room for 6. Fully stocked kitchen and a comfortable family room. WiFi is available as well as a pool. You have access to beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. You will feel at home and we thank you in advance for taking care of it like it’s yours! Guest access You also have access to the pool and two parking spaces! You must display guest parking passes in all cars. Passes are hanging on shelf when you walk in. Guests MUST READ THE HOUSE MANUAL BEFORE GOING TO THE HOUSE! Other things to note *Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests must read The House Manual to be aware of check in and check out procedures and necessary items to bring. All information concerning your stay is in the house manual! There is a linen service that is included. This includes: All sheets needed for beds. 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels per person. Also included are kitchen towels, 1 paper towel, and toilet paper. Guest should plan on bringing extra toilet paper (septic friendly), paper towels, and trash bags if your stay is more than 2 days.
