The Gingerbread House sleeps 6 people. There is a fireplace with a lounge/kitchen/diner. It has 3 en-suite bedrooms. Set in orchards and pretty gardens with peaceful countryside views. BBQ. The Boulangerie is 1 minutes drive around the corner. 5 minutes drive to the town of Sourdeval that has bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks. 10 minutes to Vire, which is a City with plenty on offer such as the Chateau, markets, shopping etc. Other local amenities are golf, fishing , lake, watersports The space The Gingerbread House is a detached property that has traditional old wooden beams with a modern touch throughout. Built originally in 1849 it was used as animal housing. The gite has been converted into 3 bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. The lounge, kitchen and dining area are all in one. There is full central heating, a wood burning fire, a satellite Smart TV, great WiFi, a DVD player with French and English DVD’s, a full oven and hob, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a laundry room with washing machine and iron / ironing board. There is a granite BBQ outside with seating area in beautiful gardens with table and chairs plus sun loungers. Guest access All the grounds can be accessed by guests. There is also a games room with billiards, darts and ping pong. Plus Children’s toys. There is a swing/slide set, small trampoline and large trampoline. Other things to note All bed linen and towels are provided. Some Toilet paper, some toiletries and cleaning products are also provided. Plus kitchen roll, oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and sugar.
