Located central to Mill Creek Park, Downtown Youngstown, Mercy Hospital & the shopping & dining center of Boardman Canfield Road. The space Access to the entire Home, except for one bedroom at the top left of the staircase. There are 2 full bedrooms on the second floor, with a full bath. Downstairs boasts a cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with breakfast nook. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, which is old and damp due to the age of the house. There is closet space allocated for guests in the bathroom, each bedroom and dresser drawers are empty in the master. Part of closets have the owners personal belongings, as we stay in the house when visiting family. Guest access Quiet residential neighborhood. Travel by car and park in the private driveway. Other things to note This is a quiet friendly neighborhood. Please no parties or loud music after 10pm on weekdays or 11pm on weekends.
