Custom built beautiful family home located on 7 private acres, back yard is a large open meadow for viewing the local wild life. Gorgeous floor to ceiling windows in the living room with propane fireplace allows viewing of the open meadow and various wildlife. Just out the back door are several private hiking trails that lead to the Sandy river. In the Winter time you can use the provided snowshoes to hike around the property or you can sled on the hill right out back. Bring your favorite coffee or K-Cups and start your morning with a nice hot beverage outside in the outdoor living room with bar, mini fridge & firepit. You can also relax in the new hot tub. Deer frequent the property and the night sky is impressive. If you would prefer to stay in; there is ping pong, shuffleboard, and corn hole in the garage. This home has a well appointed gourmet kitchen and features a wine cooler and large island. The master suite downstairs offers a king size bed. The en-suite has a jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower. Upstairs features two bedrooms, open loft with TV watching area and full bath. Come and enjoy the serenity of this secluded luxury home. This is a pet friendly home with a $60 fee per pet.
