Great, spacious outdoor kitchen to make any meal. This wagon has 1 king bed, small table and 2 high back chairs, and indoor bathroom with a shower, flushing toilet and sink. This wagon has heat and air conditioning. Outside there is a kitchen with gas BBQ grill with one side burner, a sink, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an ice maker, and a Keurig coffee maker. We provide dishes (i.e. plates, cups, bowls) silverware, cooking utensils and kitchen towels. There are stools to sit up to the edge of the kitchen bar, that overlooks the pond. This wagon has a hot tub and a gas firepit on its patio. Smart lock access Our park is located in Virgin, Utah. This is a small town with a ton of charm and friendly residents. The closest grocery store is in LaVerkin, Utah, a 5-7 minute drive from our park. Zion National Park is a 20 minute drive from our Resort. There are a variety of restaurants and shops in the town of Springdale, just before Zion. Check the Zion National Park website for more information. PETS. Pets: ONLY IN DESIGNATED UNITS. Reservation must be made for your pet. Pet fees are $25.00 per pet (one time charge for the entire length of your stay) with a 2-dog limit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept all breeds of dogs please see dog breed restrictions below. RESTRICTED DOG BREEDS- NOT ALLOWED IN THE RESORT 1. Pit Bulls 2. Rottweilers PET POLICY: The purpose of this policy is to insure the best possible environment for all of our guests, both pet owners and non-pet owners and to insure the responsible care of all pets. 1. Pets shall be restrained (pets must be leashed) when on the park property. 2. All guests who wish to bring a pet must have a unit that is specific for pets. 3. No pets are allowed on any resort furniture. 4. Allowed common household pets such as dogs and cats are allowed except for the restricted dog breeds listed above. 5. Each Pet owner is limited to having 2 pets on site 6. Pets are not allowed to be a nuisance to others at any time. 7. Pet owners must be able to maintain control over their pets at all times. 8. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in Units or Vehicles or tied up outside unattended. 9. Pets are not allowed to disrupt the park with excessive noise (barking, whining, crying). 10. Pets are not allowed in any resort buildings, the pool/spa area or on the athletic courts. 11. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Dog Stations are available around the park. 12. Management reserves the right to require any misbehaved pets to leave the resort. 11. Pet owners shall be liable for any and all damage caused by their pets Any violations to the above rules will be fined $25 PER INCIDENT.
