This nice apartment is located next to downtown in a convenient area that is one block away from Duquesne University, 5 min walking to PPG Paints Arena, home of Penguins hockey team, 7 min walking to Trolley which you ride free in downtown. This one-bedroom apt with private kitchen & bathroom is on the 2nd floor, clean and neat. We will provide hotel style services with affordable room rate. Hope our efforts on the service will make part of your trip in Pittsburgh a beautiful memory. The space A renovated, very clean apartment on the second floor of a three story building. It has one queen size bed, and a futon sofa that you can use for a spare bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, you have a gas stove, full size fridge/freezer combo, microwave, coffee maker, French press, dinner wear. We provide coffee, tea, sugar and dry coffee cream. The bathroom is for your use only. We provide towels, some toiletries, a hair dryer, ironing board and an iron. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment. Feel free to use the kitchen if you want to make yourself a meal, it has a gas stove, oven, fridge, electric kettle, French press coffee maker, all of which you can use. There always are coffee, tea and sugar. You'll find WiFi code inside the unit. Other things to note We don't use harsh chemicals for cleaning or artificial air fresheners. We use cleaning products from Trader Joe's. If you are very sensitive sleeper, please consider that there might be some common city noises.
