This includes the area along the lake, which is private and separate from the BYC cottage development. Please respect the solitude of Brickyard Creek Cottage Community. We ask that you refrain from loud noise and loud music. There is a noise ordinance in effect from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Children Children are always welcome, but please provide adult supervision to insure their safety and the privacy and solitude of the other cottages and guests. Pet Policy Our Brickyard Creek Cottage owners have chosen to not allow guest pets – no exceptions! Please respect the owners’ requests. Smoking Policy All rental cottages are smoke-free, according to the State of Wisconsin smoking ban, including the decks and/or screen porches. You may smoke outside of your rental cottage. Fires BYC is campfire-free. Fires are not permitted anywhere on BYC properties. There is a community fire pit located near the marina beach by the Gazebo. Be particularly careful not to build roaring fires, be alert to wind conditions and make sure the fire is out when leaving the area. There is usually firewood available at that location. Please DO NOT pick up wood on the common grounds, private lots or along the trails. Fireplaces Do not remove hot ashes from the fireplace in units with wood-burning fireplaces. Ensure fire is out before leaving the unit. Parking Guests are allotted space for two cars or motorcycles. RV’s, boats, snowmobiles, etc are not allowed to be parked at your cottage. Arrangements can be made to park any other type of vehicles and/or excess cars at a provided space adjacent to the marina for a small nightly fee by contacting the Roy’s Point Marina manager for space in advance of your arrival. The Brickyard Creek Association, residents and/or rental agents assume no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings in or on the Brickyard Creek property. The parking spaces at Roy’s Point Marina are for boaters renting the marina slips only. Please walk, using either the trail or road system, when visiting the beach at the marina. Please note that ATV’s and snowmobiles are not permitted on the roads at BYC. Flora The Brickyard Creek cottages were built in a beautiful wooded setting. During the construction of these cottages very few trees and natural plants were disturbed. In this respect, we ask that you refrain from picking or damaging any of the wildflowers in the Brickyard area. Beach & Marina The beach area next to the Marina is for guests use. Please DO NOT take chairs or furniture from the clubhouse down to the beach area. The Marina is a private marina and is not for the use of guests unless you have rented a slip. Please respect the privacy of the Marina’s guests. Garbage Disposal Garbage and recycling can be disposed of at the Brickyard Creek dumpsters, located just past the intersection of Roy’s Point Boulevard and Brickyard Creek Road on the right side of the road (please see your BYC map). There are 2 dumpsters, one for garbage and one for recyclables. Please respect these dumpsters and do not put garbage in the recycle dumpster. If that happens, please contact us immediately. Thank you, we sincerely appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Recycling Brickyard Creek recycles!
