The space This spacious 1BR/1BA condo offers a fully stocked kitchen and many comforts of home, including two quiet A/C units and two large smart TVs ready for streaming (65" and 43") and upgraded Wi-Fi.. Work remotely from paradise at our newly added adjustable desk with large monitor (Ready for your own computer, cords and accessories). The following conveniences are offered (which are unusual for most rental condos on island): Full-size Oven, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer AND our complex HAS ITS OWN GENERATOR! The island will experience power outages from time to time, but no worries of interruptions here! The bedroom provides the perfect retreat, with a very comfortable memory foam/hybrid King bed with quality linens, room darkening curtains and a 43" TV on a swivel base that swings out from the wall. Both nightstands are equipped with USB ports for charging devices. While Siren's Point is the perfect romantic getaway for two, WE CAN ACCOMODATE A THIRD PERSON BY PROVIDING A QUALITY AIR MATTRESS, IF NEEDED. Beach gear, including towels, beach chairs and a cooler tote are provided for your fun-filled days at the beach! There's so much to explore on St. Thomas and even our sister island, St. John. Guest access There are three condo complexes on-site, which share access to all pools and the tennis courts. Our building is right next to the sunset pool at Sea Cliff. This is a popular evening gathering spot to take in the spectacular sunsets! Don't feel like cooking while on vacation? No problem! There are two nearby restaurants within walking distance. Mim's Seaside Bistro (open for dinner only, reservations recommended) is located at the water's edge of Watergate condos. Iggie's Oasis Restaurant and Pool Bar is part of Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, which is a short walk down the beach. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with reasonable prices. Iggie's is known for its' fun island vibe and has live music on most nights. You can also take a short drive into Havensight or go the other direction and head to Red Hook. Either way, there are plenty of restaurants to suit any taste on island! Guests have access to some of the amenities at the Bolongo resort, including use of the beach (all beaches on the island are public and open to everyone), paddle boards/kayaks, dive shop, scuba classes, catamaran sails, snorkeling trips, etc. Be sure to contact the resort for pricing and scheduling details. Want the perfect adventure? Rent a car and explore the island or ferry over to St John for a memorable day trip... The possibilities are endless! Other things to note Our first time on island was for our wedding at Bolongo Bay in 2017, and we've been hooked ever since! We fell in love with the islands and decided to make Sea Cliff our second home. We are confident that you will love our home as much as we do, and will want to return as often as possible! TRIP/TRAVEL INSURANCE As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, power or wifi outages that are beyond our control. HEADS UP for Your Island Getaway for the months of AUGUST TO NOVEMBER! 🌴 As you’re dreaming of sipping piña coladas and soaking up the sun here in the US Virgin Islands, we wanted to give you a little heads-up. While the months of August, September and October often bring us beautiful blue skies and warm breezes, it’s also the time when Mother Nature can be a bit unpredictable. 🌦️ You might experience days filled with sunshine or get treated to some scattered rain showers (perfect for a cozy afternoon in your suite). There’s also the possibility of a tropical wave or, on rare occasions, even a hurricane trying to crash the party. 🌪️ While we always hope for the best, we like to be prepared for anything. That's why we strongly recommend getting travel insurance for your trip. With travel insurance, you can enjoy your vacation with peace of mind, knowing you’re covered no matter what the weather decides to do. Because let’s face it, the only surprises you want on your vacation are the good kind—like a sea turtle swimming by during your snorkel! 🐢 Now, just in case Mother Nature gets really dramatic and a storm in the Virgin Islands causes the airport on St. Thomas to close, preventing you from flying in, we’ve got you covered with a full refund. However, if a storm somewhere else impacts your travel, we won’t be able to provide a refund—so if you’re flying from or through areas that might be hit by snowstorms, windstorms, or any other weather adventures, trip insurance is definitely the way to go. If you’re already on-island and a named storm decides to drop by, we will do our best to keep you fully informed and make sure that your hurricane shutters are closed.
