The space Oversized fabulous lounge with pool table which then leads onto the disco with a bar and karaoke. Indoor sports pitch with football, tennis and basketball options. Have a soak in the hot tub in a perfect setting! For each guest after 15 guests there is a fee of £150. This fee is non refundable. A two night minimum stay over a weekend. Sunday to Thursday can be booked for a one night stay. As mentioned in the house rules parties are not allowed. Other things to note Behind the property is a well maintained touring site for walkers exploring the Penine way walks. This can mean caravans and tents may be pitched behind the property. The touring site has no access to the property and has a separate driveway. After 25 guests there is a fee on a per extra person basis. If guests are brought in without consent given then the fee is applicable for each guest that was not on the booking request. Please take this as a formal advisory notice before any booking has been made. Cctv is active around the exterior of the property and the car park for vehicle registration. If bookings have been deceitful by bringing extra numbers of guests in or malicious damage has been caused to the property we will refer to the cctv. Standard check in time is from 3pm onwards. Standard check out time 10am. Both times can be flexible witha fee depending on turnaround time requirements. Please note the bar is just for show, it is not a working bar. Weekends are a two night minimum stay Friday to Sunday. In August, all bookings are a 2 night minimum stay. The Christmas booking of 2026 is a 3 night minimum stay- Thursday 24th to Sunday 27th Dec.
