Wooded In-Law

The in-law is the entire lower level of our home. It’s approx. 950 sq. ft. private, sunny with own entrance and yard, facing undeveloped woods. Mornings & nights are great for patio or visiting at fire pit. A rustic, gravel path takes you to your door. Whoever books must be guest & we'll need photo of you! (not sunset or your pet cat!) The space The in-law has 2 entrances -one at your LR and one at bedroom. The unit is a very private space with its own fenced garden patio. It comfortably sleeps 2+. Note, (sometimes) we do have the sound of coyotes! Kitchenette w/ toaster, coffee pot, 2 burner induction unit, under counter refrigerator and microwave. In the yard, there is a grill as well. Fire pit use depends on CA fire danger. Indoor fireplace is fine, year round- only duraflame (provided) . Please note: NO laundry facility in the unit. Guest access We like to greet our guests but if we're out, you can self check in with the keypad. Please note: path to entrance is RUSTIC gravel and it has a downslope. Not recommended for anyone who has difficulty going up & down grade, & due to insurance requirements- we cannot accept children under 7 . There is sofa sleeper in the bedroom, for child or adult. Other things to note Due to sensitivity of ALL guests who follow you, we cannot be 420 friendly.
