The space The House Layout: First Floor: Living room with designated work station, master bedroom, full bath, fully equipped eat- in-kitchen, den with a pull out sofa and a 55 inch TV. Second Floor: Three additional guest bedrooms each with its own A/C and TV w/ Roku; full bath. Garage: Two car garage/ Rec Room Backyard : Fences in yard with brand new heated salt water pool, deck with large dining table, additional outdoor seating, gas grill and fire pit with plenty of firewood for your use. Kayaks, Bicycles , Indoor and Outdoor Games And More All Available For Your Enjoyment upon your agreeing to the terms of our liability waiver listed in the house rules. Guest access What's nearby: If you want to get into the water, borrow some of the provided accessories from the garage ( kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs and toys) , travel across the bridge, and hit the sand at Ponquogue Beach less than three miles away or at the bay beaches less than two miles away- both are an easy drive or bike ride. After you're done with the beach, hit one of the local restaurants for a cocktail and sunset diner. Some great local dining options include Rumba, Canal Cafe, Cowfish, and Tully's. Nearby Southampton offers more fine dining, shopping and family friendly activities like mini golf. Other things to note Things to Know: Washer and Dryer on Site Free high speed Wifi Guests are welcome to use the kayak, paddle board, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers and beach toys in the garage subject to accepting the terms of a our liability waiver listed in the house rules. There is a ping pong table, volleyball net and corn hole set for guests use. There are books, adult and kids' board games as well as a PS4 for guests' use. POOL HEATING FEE: There is an additional $100 nightly fee if you wish to use the pool heater. If you choose to use the heater please let us know .
